About Me

Ndege Jonathan Kinobe is a dedicated development practitioner with 8+ years of progressive experience in research, project coordination, and nonprofit leadership. As a co-founder and program Director at Bash Global Initiative, he leads impactful community-based programs focused on marginalized groups’ empowerment, sustainable development and social equity.

His background includes roles with Ipsos Uganda Ltd, a global leader in research and data analytics as a project’s coordinator and later with Child fund Uganda under the Kampala Area Federation of communities in Kireka as a community focal person, where he supported data-driven interventions and child-focused community programs.

He holds an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from the prestigious Makerere University, a post graduate diploma in tax and revenue administration from the East African School of Taxation, and an East Africa Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate from the Uganda Revenue Authority Tax Academy. These qualifications reinforce his cross-sector expertise, enabling him to navigate both community-based development and administrative governance frame works.

His blend of technical fiscal and humanitarian knowledge spiced with research, and leadership capabilities positions him as a strategic leader in the nonprofit space, particularly in areas involving policy influence, stake holder engagement, and capacity building.
