Paul is a highly accomplished finance professional with 8 years of continuous experience in finance and accounting. He has spent 6 of those years in audit, rising from Associate to Audit Manager, and has held senior roles including Operations Director and part-time Financial Management Consultant, where he provided outsourced accounting, audit, and advisory services.

Paul brings extensive multi-sector expertise spanning energy, mining, insurance, banking, public sector, and non-profit organizations. He possesses deep knowledge in financial management, legal and regulatory compliance, donor reporting, and risk management. His experience includes working on projects funded by USAID, EU, DGF, Rutgers, DCA, and other major international donors, making him well-versed in donor requirements, local regulations, and GAAP.

An associate member of ICPAU, Paul holds an MBA in Project Management and a First Class degree in Commerce. His combined project management and financial expertise allow him to align finance with programmatic objectives, supporting budgeting, execution, and monitoring of projects.
